Frustrated!!

I know what i want things to look like, I can see them in my head...but when i put pencil to paper all i see are the flaws and what does not turn out right. I hold myself to professional standards which i thought was a good thing but all it seems to do is make me self criticize and beat myself up. Anybody else go through this too?
